Many thanks to Acratech. I have been using their Ultimate Ballhead for over 3 years and loving it. Just before Christmas, the clamp starting to get loose and wobbly in the open position. I could tighten up some of the screws but still had play. I contacted Acratech, and they fixed the ballhead in a one day turnaround. No need to even dig up my receipt.
