I am going on vacation for a week to Santa Fe. I am taking my camera gear but do not know how many shots I will get. Hopefully, I will have many images to post when I return. Here is one from the archives taken in Scottsdale last spring.
Hi Robert –
It is good to hear from you. Hope that you are enjoying your photography.
First off, the flower shot was taken with my favorite lens (Tamron 28-75mm f/2.8 XR Di AF). I use this lens for most of my images. There is a review at http://www.popphoto.com/article.asp?section_id=2&article_id=711.
This was a handheld image. I was surprised that to find out that it was taken at 1/40 second.
Canon 20D
Shutter: 1/40 sec
ISO: 400
F-Stop: f/5.0
Focal Length: 75mm
Take care…

Dorothy, I’d like to know about the lens used and exposure. Great composition. Thanks. Robert
