The multi-colored tree in the pasture is all beat up. Its trunk looks like it was split in two and then fused several feed higher off the ground. Maybe, all that abuse created the multi-color effect.

This is the last of digital gum for while. I am not happy with the result and cannot figure how to fix it. So, I am taking a break and hoping for inspiration.

Assignment #4 – Oil Painting

This is my last assignment for my Betterphoto painting class. We were assigned an oil painting. I started with a gouache layer (did not like), covered it with an oil pastel layer, blended, repainted with an oil brush layer, blended again, and added more details.
