I decided to create a slideshow of all the images that I posted to DorothyPhoto in 2006 on Flickr. Even though I say I am a photo a day blog, I ended up with 458 images. To see the slideshow, click here. Given the length of the slideshow, I suggest you set the time between images to something 1-2 seconds.

Dorothy, I scrolled through the whole set! Your photos are so amazing it blows my mind!!!! You are my hero. For some reason, your photography just speaks to my brain in its own little language – I love all your work. It’s like I have a talented alter-ego in the world taking the photos I am incapable of taking! What an inspiration you are. Your work is so beautiful it makes my heart ache (which is good). I will sit down and look through the collection a few more times as I want to order a couple of photos. i am conflicted about whether to order a disparate few that show off your different “styles” or to order a set of 3, perhaps, that “go together” for framing in the house.
Will need to get David’s opinion. I especially like your flower pictures. They are perfect, so soft and gentle looking! I like one B&W flower shot you called Conservatory or something. Will need to go back and get the names and numbers.

Thank Terri! I am touched and honored that you enjoy my photos so much. Meeting you and everyone else through this photoblog has been great and there is no telling what will happen in 2007. I am glad that you enjoyed the slideshow. It was surprising to me to see them all together as a slideshow. I could see my trends over the course of the year and relive some of my own experiences in making the images.
